CONDITIONS FOR BOTH RESIDENCES
Obligatory final clean:
- euro 55,00 for one room apartments
- euro 65,00 for two rooms apartments
- euro 70,00 for three rooms apartments
Beach: 1 umbrella and 2 sun-beds (1^ fila € 70 - 2^ file € 60 - 3^ fila indietro € 50) every week.
Price include: comsumption of water, electricity and gas, air-conditioning/central heating, bed sheets with weekly change.
By request:
- cradle € 70 exclusive of sheets
- towels € 10 for person at change
Services: restaurant/pizzeria, with take-away possibility. Special rates: 15 € at meal.
Arrival: 3:00 p.m. - Departeur: 10:00 a.m.
Payment and some extras must be paid on arrival.
